- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with end users
- Attention to detail in handling paperwork and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an MRPT clearance.
Education and/or Experience:
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a help desk or a customer service role.
- Knowledge of IT procurement processes is a plus
- Certification in IT or related field is preferred
